From the M4. Exit at
Junction 34 and take the turning for Llantrisant.
Travel up the dual carriageway and straight through the traffic lights at the Castell Mynach pub.
At the next roundabout turn right towards Pontypridd on the A473 and straight over the next roundabout.
Stay on the A473 passing turnings to Beddau and on entering the village look out for ROAD RUNNER (garage and spare parts) on your left.
If you pass Somerfields on your right then you have gone too far by 100 m.
Turn in to the lane at the right hand side of Road Runner.
Car park (free) and changing rooms are 100 m on the right.

From the A470 Exit the A470 at the turning for Rhydyfelin, known locally as the Tesco roundabout.
take the turning off the roundabout for Tonteg.
This road will take you across the bridge over the river, (stay in right hand lane and turn right) past the Rizla factory and up a steep hill.
On the steep hill, keep in the left hand lane and at the top (lights) turn left.
Pass a small precinct of shops on your left (Somerfirlds) and then look out for ROAD RUNNER on your right.
Turn in to the lane at the right hand side of Road Runner.
Car park (free) and changing rooms are 100 m on the right.
